"You were always best at the game."
—Cameron (quote on back cover)

Issue 16 is the sixteenth issue of The Wicked + The Divine and the fifth issue of Commercial Suicide. It features artwork by Leila Del Duca, and focuses on Baphomet and the Morrigan. It was released on 11 November 2015.

Solicitation[]

The Morrigan is receiving visitors, including LEILA DEL DUCA (SHUTTER). Plus a back-up by JAMIE and MATT. Suffice to say, this one is NONE MORE GOTH.[1]

Plot summary[]

Baal brings food to the Morrigan in her cage, accompanied by Minerva, despite his protests. They exchange insults, and then Morrigan claims responsibility for Baphomet.

None More, 2012-2014[]

Morrigan (known at this point as Marian) and Baphomet (known as Cameron) are participating in a Vampire: The Masquerade game in a cave, but Cameron's abrasiveness prompts their fellow LARPer to leave. They then have sex on the cave floor. Later, they are sitting together in their university kitchen when Cameron receives a phone call. He finds out his parents are dead.

They attend the funeral together and Cameron starts chain-smoking. Marian tells him that she fell ill and nearly died when she was thirteen, and that they are all walking dead at the edge of the pit. However, she declares that she's not going to fall in.

Cameron later tells Marian that he slept with another girl, saying that he fell in the pit. They fight, and Marian storms off, running into Ananke. She is incarnated as Morrigan, and begins performing in the underground. Cameron attends one of her performances and tells her she was always special. Morrigan requests that Ananke turns him into a god, and she assents. Morrigan then visits Cameron and asks him to fall with her.

In the present, Morrigan claims that she can bring Baphomet in, if she can exchange places with him in the cage, but Baal refuses and departs. Minerva questions why Woden didn't make a similar cage for Lucifer. She leaves Morrigan alone, who discovers a message from Baphomet in her burger. He claims to be able to explain everything, and it ends on the title card, 'No More, 9 September 2014'.

Videogames #4[]

Dionysus (in his pre-incarnated state) is standing with his friends outside the tube station after the Morrigan concert. His friend asks if he managed to capture her face on camera, but instead he only sees a person in a hospital bed.
